Age verification and restricted products

All tobacco and other age-restricted product purchasers must be at least 21 years old. A current, government-issued photo ID must be presented by the named purchaser at pickup. Concrete Gold Collective may request identification from every purchaser.

Orders will not be released when the purchaser is absent, under 21, the identification is expired or does not reasonably match the purchaser, or the name does not match the confirmed order. Restricted products are never left unattended or handed to another person.

Reservations and pickup

Reservation requests may be submitted at any time once booking opens. A request is not accepted until an owner confirms it. Pickup is available Thursday, Friday and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, subject to inventory and capacity.

Pickup: $10 merchandise minimum. Pickup occurs in the East Pittsburgh area after owner confirmation. Exact meeting instructions are shared privately with the named purchaser. Standard sales tax is 7% on every order.

Customers should be available during the confirmed window. Orders are not left unattended or released when age or ID verification fails.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel a request. Because no payment is collected online, a reservation may be canceled without a payment refund before cash is accepted at handoff.

For safety and product-integrity reasons, tobacco and other age-restricted consumable products are final sale after a successful cash handoff, except when an item is incorrect, damaged before handoff, or otherwise required by law. Inspect the order at handoff and report any problem immediately. We may request photographs and the original packaging.

If Concrete Gold accepts cash and a legally required refund is approved, the refund will be handled directly by Concrete Gold. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Privacy policy

We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate the business: name, contact information, reservation details, order history, communications, and age-verification outcome. Do not send a photograph or copy of your ID unless we specifically provide a secure method and request it for a lawful reason.

CGCHQ does not request or store card numbers, bank credentials or Cash App information. Payment is made in cash at the confirmed pickup. We use customer information to confirm and fulfill reservations, provide support, prevent misuse, keep required business records, and comply with law.

We do not sell customer personal information. We may share the minimum necessary information with service providers that support website operations, legal compliance or fraud prevention. Terms of sale

Product availability, pricing and descriptions may change before a reservation is confirmed. Adding an item to a request does not guarantee inventory. A reservation request is not an accepted sale, and no money is collected online.

Customers must provide accurate contact and pickup information and may purchase restricted products only for lawful personal use. We may refuse or cancel a request for suspected fraud, attempted purchase by or for a person under 21, unsafe handoff conditions, invalid information, inventory error or legal restrictions.

The customer pays the confirmed total in cash at the verified pickup. CGCHQ does not offer card payments, Cash App payments, subscriptions, automatic replenishment, continuity programs or recurring billing.

A standard 7% sales tax is applied to every order in this storefront. Concrete Gold Collective offers local pickup only during the initial launch; restricted products are not mailed or shipped through this site.
