PICKUP POLICY

Initial launch service is pickup-only in the East Pittsburgh area. We do not mail or ship OTP products.

$10 East-area pickup

Pickup has a $10 merchandise minimum and is available in the East Pittsburgh area after owner confirmation. Exact instructions are provided privately. The named purchaser must be present with an unexpired government-issued photo ID.

Adult cash handoff

The named purchaser must be 21+, present with valid photo ID, and pay the confirmed cash total. No doorstep, lobby, mailbox or unattended handoff.

Reservations may be requested online at any time. A request is not a sale and no money is collected online. Pickup windows are Thursday, Friday and Sunday, 11:00 AM–11:00 PM.

Federal and Pennsylvania law prohibit tobacco sales to anyone under 21. Concrete Gold may request ID from every OTP purchaser.
